Requirements

Once you placed the order with design files in either PSD/AI/EPS format with all the job brief and everything you wish to add within your order request. Alternately, if you want us to design the email templates, you need to fill our design questionnaire form, provide a little brief about the design you wish, your brand guidelines, logos and other relevant information(if any).

Order Processing

Once we review your requirements and job briefs we confirm and let you know that we are on the same page. We start Hand coding the template. If it’s a design and coding job we share the first draft according to the design brief and communication done. Once the design approved we send it for coding.

Analysis & QA

The next step is we do a rigorous testing across all 50+ email clients and devices. We use Litmus for the same. We analyse you satisfaction level to our standard and if we find it’s not top-notch we do that changes until you are happy!
